How much does a typical project cost?

Every project is different, so we quote after seeing the work. You'll get a detailed written estimate with no vague ballparks. Smaller jobs like painting or pressure washing often run a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars; remodels and roof repairs are quoted based on scope and materials.

How long will my project take?

Smaller jobs like painting, pressure washing or lawn care often wrap in a day or two. Kitchen and bathroom remodels typically run a few weeks; roof repairs usually finish in one to three days. Your estimate always includes a realistic timeline.

Do you do the work yourselves?

Yes. The crew that walks your property and gives you the estimate is the crew that shows up to do the work. No subcontractor runaround, no mystery trades showing up at your door.

What if I need multiple things done?

That's exactly what we do best. Save time and money by bundling work — say, a new deck and exterior paint in one visit, or a roof repair and gutter clean-out together. One crew, one schedule, one point of contact.

Do I need to be home while you work?

For interior projects we work with you to set access. For exterior work, lawn care and many repairs, you don't need to be home — just make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside. We'll send a quick text when we're on the way and when we're done.
